His objective is to deliver the customer on time in full while optimizing the inventory level and avoiding all the supply chain over costs.

4. 负责团队中所有有关供应链标准的执行与培训（SIOP，MPS，Sequencing，Build to truck, VRO，Kanban）
He is in charge of the implementation and the training of his team on all Valeo standards related to the supply chain (SIOP, MPS, Sequencing, Build to truck, VRO, Kanban)

5. 管理和控制供应链部门预算和指标KPI
