协调QC资源完成FAI检验
Work with QC to complete the FAI inspection
创建检验标准。
Establish the Inspection Criteria.
获得必需的量具，负责量具设计，量具图纸，量具使用寿命有确定校验频次。
Procurement/obtainment of all necessary gages, gage design, gage prints, gage life, calibration frequency.
创建和维护Control Plan。
Establish and maintenance the control plan.
满足标准质量控制要求和完成过程能力分析。
Any SQC requirements and process capability analysis.
CAPA跟踪。
CAPA follow-up.
主持每日MRB，处理内部、外部NCR和SCAR.
As leader of daily MRB, deal with Internal/external NCR and SCAR from send site.
培训操作工和检验员产品标准。
Training of operators and QC inspectors on product criteria.
创建外观标准。
Development of visual /cosmetic standards.
跟踪和制定围堵措施。
Containment follow-up.
使用超出规范量具的产品调查。
Investigation on out of specification gage for the evaluation about the effect on the manufactured product.
执行QMS程序。
资格要求Job Qualification:
3年以上机械行业产品质量方面工作经验。
More than 3 years work experience to product quality control
有工程或相关专业背景。
Minimum of degree or equivalent in engineering or relevant technical discipline
良好的书面和口头英语。
Good written/verbal English communication skills
良好人际沟通技能。
Good interpersonal and communication skills
有同时独立完成多重任务的能力。
Independently capable of managing tasks for multiple project plans simultaneously
独立处理问题的能力。
Independently capable of performing logical problem solving
了解TS16949 或 ISO13485。
Understanding of TS16949 or ISO13485
了解高精度尺寸的测量工具和方法。
Understanding of high precision dimensional inspection tools and processes
了解AQL，统计分析，用质量工具进行缺陷分析，Gauge R&R 。
Understanding of AQL, statistical analysis, defect analysis using quality tools, Gauge R&R
了解SPC 。
Basic understanding of SPC
不断提高英语交流技能和文化意识。
