Scope 岗位概述
According to relevant national laws and company policy, responsible for recruitment and configuration; manage and maintain the company's salary and welfare system; assist HR&Admin Manager to provide human resource support for the company's orderly management.
根据国家相关法规及公司政策,负责公司人员招聘与配置,管理维护公司薪资福利系统,协助人事行政经理为公司的有序管理提供人力资源保障和支持。

Qualifications任职资格:
85 Bachelor degree, major in Human Recourse prefer 本科以上学历,人力资源专业优先
85 3 – 5 years Hr. experience in a manufacturing environment in foreign enterprise外企制造业3-5年人事经验
85 Familiar with recruitment procedure and hiring procedure .熟悉招聘流程与员工录用流程
85 Familiar in one kind of HR software and attendance system 熟悉人事系统和考勤系统
85 Familiar with Chinese Labor Law and related regulations.熟悉中国劳动法以及相关规定。
85 Familiar with salary structure and C&B survey system.熟悉薪酬架构以及市场薪资调研体系。
85 Basic Finance knowledge is required.具备财务基础知识。
85 Basic project management knowledge is required 具备基础的项目管理知识。
85 Strong communication, influence and negotiation skill 较强的沟通,影响与谈判能力。
85 Strong initiative, problem solving and team work.较强的主动性,问题解决能力以及团队合作能力。
85 Excellent PC skills especially in Excel 优秀的办公软件应用能力,尤其是数据表格处理。
85 Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English 流利的英文说写沟通能力

Duties and Responsibilities职责:
85 Maintenance attendance system, employee information and C&B system frequently to meet the requirements of Magna HR assessment. 负责考勤系统、人事档案系统和薪资系统的维护以符合麦格纳人力资源审核的要求。
85 Check attendance report and all data base in existing HR system to ensure the accuracy of the data. 审核考勤统计报表以及现有人事系统的基础数据,确保准确性。
85 Calculate employees payroll in HR software monthly, print payroll sheet which need to be checked by HR&Admin Manager, and ensure finish payroll on time with less mistakes. 在HR软件中,每月计算所有本地员工的工资,打印工资单(递交人事行政经理审核)以确保工资准时完成并较少差错。
85 Conduct Social insurance (including pension, Medicare, Housing Fund and other required by labor law) transfer, create and payment, Injury application, Banking hours application to ensure the daily work runs successfully.办理员工社保(包括养老,医疗,住房公积金等劳动法规定的福利)转移,开办以及缴费,工伤申报,综合工时制申报, 确保日常工作的正常开展。
85 Support employee performance appraisal with department manager and maintain PeopleNet System.和各部门经理配合完成员工绩效考核,并维护绩效系统。
85 According to business plan to assist HR&Admin Manager to work out annual C&B cost budget and recruiting budget & annual recruiting plan to ensure the business needs.协助人事行政经理根据年度公司经营计划编制年度薪酬预算及招聘预算和招聘计划,来保证公司运作的需求。
85 Explain, communicate and training employees and help them to understand company’s related policies. Feedback employees’ suggestions and provide the realistic and reasonable solutions. 解释,沟通与培训员工,并帮助他们理解公司的相关政策。反馈员工建议并提交实际且合理的解决方案。
85 Assist HR&Admin Manager to attend the market survey, maintain the salary structure, job level analyze and give the suggestions to keep organization having the competitive C&B in local environment with reasonable labor cost.协助人事行政经理参加市场调研,维护薪资架构以及岗位职级分析,并提供一些建议,确保组织在合理的人力成本之下,在当地环境中,有竞争力的薪资与福利。
85 Manage employee demission process and conduct direct labor demission interview. Through demission reasons analysis, assist HR&Admin Manager to provide the Action Plan for talent retention to management team for keeping organization competitive.管理员工离职流程,并组织直接员工离职面谈。通过分析离职原因,协助人事行政经理向管理层提出人才保留的行动方案以保持组织的竞争力。
85 Work with each department manager, assist HR&Admin Manager to balance each recruiting need with company business needs through analysis in manpower arrangement, job description and all kinds of index of HR.与各部门经理合作,通过分析部门人力安排状况,岗位说明书以及各种人力资源的指标,来协助人事行政经理每一个招聘需求与公司经营需求相符合。
85 Search candidates by sourcing all kinds of recruiting channels, arrange interview and evaluate and conduct hiring issues to make sure the employee can be on board before deadline.通过寻找各种招聘渠道来筛选合适候选人,安排面试及评估以及负责员工录用,以确保员工在预计的时间内到岗。
85 Keep all the recruitment related documents not only including interview record, job description and qualification matrix to make sure the integrality of information can match the legal requirements and pass all the internal and external audit.保存所有与招聘有关的档案,包括但不仅限于面试评估表,职位描述以及胜任能力矩阵, 以确保信息完整性能符合法律的要求,并通过内部与外部的审核。
85 Special projects as assigned by HR&Admin Manager. 人事行政经理指派的其他任务。
85 Observe occupational moral, keep occupational secret and be a team player 遵守职业道德,严守职业机密,团队合作
85 Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication, hazard waste dispose management, emergency response and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训,熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序、危险废弃物处置管理程序、紧急相应程序和废水处理程序,并按体系要求执行。
85 Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.遵守安全工作环境标准,和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则;
