Job Responsibilities：
61 Ensure suppliers understand Svendborg Brakes requirements and expectations
61 Coordinate and approve PPAP process new A-parts and new A-part suppliers
61 Ensure customers’ and Svendborg Brakes requirements to suppliers is validated before part or supplier approval.
61 Carry out supplier audits according supplier audit plan
61 Manage supplier related supplier non-conformance (SD07s) using 8D tool.
61 Do part inspection at suppliers.
61 Travel and do problem solving immediately at supplier in critical supplier SD07s
61 Ensure containment activities when production observes supplier non-conformance.
61 Coordinate 3. party analysis and validations.
61 Initiate and handle cossesion requests from suppliers
61 Use Svendborg Brakes quality data base – QDA - for all supplier tasks
61 Drive supplier improvement activities, SD handling, supplier KPI reporting pushing suppliers to continuously improve part quality and process capability.
61 Do supplier performance evaluations.
61 Act as an internal supplier process expert
61 Participate in cross functional problem-solving teams
61 Participate in global supplier quality activities

Qualifications：
61 Experience with supplier and part approvals
61 Experience with supplier quality non-conformance handling
61 Auditor training or experience
61 Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic components. Basic knowledge of electric components
61 Experienced IT user, Microsoft tools.
61 Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
61 Basic knowledge six sigma tools – 8D/PPAP/FMEA07s/Gage R&R, Capability, inspections plans.
61 Good at English writing and verbal.
61 Business Travel is often as needed.
