6. Auditing and release of processes, preparation and implementation of annual audit planning (VDA6.3)
7. Planning and performing supplier development activities for existing suppliers in collaboration with material group purchasing and pursuing effectiveness (e.g. Q-method and 14Q trainings, coaching, process related, capability studies)
8. Monitoring of supplier performance
9. Support of Focus Supplier Program and Supplier Quality Days
10. Collaboration in SQP in PUE managed projects according to SQM-processes, support in the supplier development of technical solutions (support of IC def., Lessons Learned, SQP, TSR, GPc16, Safe-Launch measures, other GPc’s, QB-I…)
11. Support and monitoring of supplier change management
12. Support/monitoring of preventive CSL and quality gates as well as containment activities at suppliers
13. Technical/methodical support in claim management after escalation cascade against CN suppliers, Problem solving and trouble-shooting to find fast solutions
14. Tight cooperation with PUR/PUE and local plant colleagues, overseas PUx colleagues, value stream respectively MF based
