Drive and enhance the development of institutional frameworks and process optimization. 4.Lead organizational development and transformation initiatives to ensure that organizational structures, processes, and resource allocation are fully aligned with strategic objectives. Enhance the organization’s responsiveness to external environmental changes. Identify key positions and core talent, optimize their structure, and improve overall organizational efficiency and execution. 5.Participate in the enhancement and optimization of compensation and benefits systems as well as incentive programs. Effectively manage labor costs while maximizing motivational impact to improve retention of core employees and overall employee satisfaction. 6.Drive the dissemination and implementation of corporate culture, shaping a positive image of the organization among internal employees and external clients. Enhance brand appeal, foster a sense of belonging and identification among employees, and promote team cohesion. Job Responsibility 1.Bachelor degree or above, at least 8 years HRBP relevant experience in pharmaceutical multinational corporation or R&D center. 2.Good communication skills both in English & Chinese - verbal and written, master in Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PPT). 3.With the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong problem solving skills. 4.Best fit for high speed working steps, strong sense of responsibilities, strict confidentiality and integrity personality.
