RESPONSABILITIES: To have complete knowledge of beverage / service provided by Café Dior Handling and serve dishes carefully, respecting the chef set up Follow all Café Dior service standards Ensure that restaurant standards and policies are explained to waiters and junior waiters, and are correctly applied Comply with company policy and channel of command Ensure to comply with legal and work ethics Ensure the smoothness of the service Check restaurant mise en place and setup with standards at all time Relay management decisions and make sure they are applied Maintain consistency in quality of service Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude Check waiter and junior waiter attitude Relay information to management Keep open mind to learn
REQUIREMENTS: Teamwork oriented Enthusiastic, courteous & helpful to colleagues & customers 2 Year commitment 2 months probation Be able to work for flexible hours
Graduated in Hospitality industry Fluent English speaking 1 year experience at same position in Western restaurant Good communication & Sales Skills
