61 Sourcing: 1. Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization 2. Actively source for passive and active candidates for L8 to LG3 level using a wide range of search techniques and channels 3. Promote employer brand offline and online to attract candidates, by positively presenting company and open roles to potential candidates 4. Interact with potential candidates (both internal and external) 5. Craft and send recruiting emails 6. Strategize different ways to build talent pipeline (tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns) to address future hiring needs 7. Maintain candidate database on applicant tracking system 8. Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders 9. Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
