Role and Responsibilities: - You will drive all talent acquisition activities to search + engage with the best talents to join our business. - You will be the talent acquisition expert delivering our solutions to all key stakeholders. You will ensure that we deliver an exceptional customer + candidate experience. - To collaborate with your Team Leader to source + deliver the best candidate for open positions via professional networks such as LinkedIn, internal recruitment tools, referral programs, social media + job boards. - To deliver all key activities within the talent acquisition process, including but not limited to, proactive sourcing, screening of applications, reviewing resumes, reviewing testing, etc. - To manage + track candidate interactions via our internal systems. - To continuously optimize our talent acquisition solutions + processes by delivering against specified key performance indicators (KPI) - To screen + review incoming applicants. - To build + maintain talent pools for specific roles +/or locations focusing on in demand skill-sets to ensure a continuous flow of applicants.
Requirements: - It is preferred who had proactive searching and mapping talents experience in related industry. - Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, and if you are skilled in Cantonese, it's a plus for us. - It is preferred who had recruiting experience in Great China.
