As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of recruitment support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. You will also be responsible for proactively reaching out to candidates through various innovative sourcing methods, creative campaigns, onsite events, and other networking platforms and telling our story. Speed is key in this role, but most important is driving world-class candidate experience through our process. Meanwhile, you will assist your manager to drive efforts on various TA projects including but not limit to Employer Branding campaign, Campus Recruitment, TA digitalization, etc.
In this role, you will…
61 Manage full life-cycle recruitment process of assigned job positions in China from sourcing to onboarding to ensure fulfilment of organization’s recruitment needs in accordance to given timeline.
61 Create a positive and memorable experience for each candidate by always going the extra mile and ensuring regular communication.
61 Ability to function as a talent advisor, and expert in finding and assessing great talents.
61 Efficiency in process, overcoming obstacles and bottlenecks to allow us to be competitive in the marketplace.
61 Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders with proactive communication.
61 Regularly provide recruiting progress updates and reports.
61 Ensure TA payment & cost tracking timely and accurate, by following purchasing and compliance rules.
61 Co-work with TA leader and support on EVP implementation, Campus Recruiting Program & TA digitalization across China.
In this role, you’ll need …
61 Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
61 Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment, experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
61 Capability of direct sourcing, experience in both agency and corporate is a plus.
61 Self-motivated and strong sense of accountability.
61 Agile and flexible to changing environment and in front of ambiguity.
