The Guest Relationship Manager is an iconic symbol of our hotel. She welcomes, meets and farewells hotel guests and is responsible for the overall guest communication providing highest quality service standards, attends hotel promotion activities and acts as VIP liaison leader.

为客人运送行李
Transport guest luggage.
协助客人寻找遗失的行李
Assist in locating guest's lost luggage.
能够准确为客人行李加标签,存储并能准确的从行李房找到客人行李
Correctly tag, store and retrieve luggage from holding room.
在引领客人去房间时,能识别和解释酒店的设施和特色
Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to guests while escorting them to their room.
辨别靠近客房的安全出口,解释指定房间的安全设施
Identify fire exit closest to guest's room and explain safety features of assigned room.
为客人演示房门钥匙的的使用方法
Demonstrate use of room key to guests.
将客人的行李放在房间指定区域
Place guest luggage inside room.
确定并解释客房的设施设备其中包括
Identify and explain guest room features to include use of:
空调/热量控制开关
Air conditioning/heat units and thermostat controls
熟知酒店所有的会议宴会活动,能指引客人到达正确的地
Maintain accurate knowledge of scheduled functions within the hotel to direct guests to correct locations.
熟悉当地景点和活动场所,以便供客人需要
Maintain accurate knowledge of local attractions and activities to recommend for guest inquiries.
为客人准确的指引当地路线
Relay accurate directions to guests on inquiries of transportation within the local area.
当客人来电需要协助时准确的记录客人需求
Answer Bell stand telephone within 3 rings using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
迅速、稳定地解决客人的投诉并确保客人满意
Handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
留在指定的位置后,保持正确的站姿
Remain in assigned post position, maintaining correct stance.
为客人送洗衣服。
Deliver designated newspaper on time to specified guest rooms.
监控和维护大堂及门口、行李房区域
Monitor and maintain appearance of lobby areas and luggage holding room.
保持行李车的清洁
Polish brass luggage carts and maintain cleanliness of carts.
保守客人的机密性信息和客房的安全
Ensure confidentiality of hotel guests and security of guest room access.
通过酒店的培训并成功的获得认证
Successful completion of the training/certification process.
为客人提供剧院门票,鲜花和其他物品的相关服务
Retrieve theater tickets, flowers and other items.
前台接待Front Desk Agent
任职要求:
1.Minimum of one year experience in a customer service position
至少一年的客户服务工作经验
2.Brief knowledge of hotel operations & Computer systems
熟悉酒店运营及电脑系统
