1. Check the requests via workflows related to hires, rehires, transfers, salary changes for data completeness and accuracy. 2. Ensure request complies with JLL Data Integrity guidelines. 3. Liaise with the country HR for clarification and corrections to complete the requests received. 4. Maintain timeliness and accuracy beyond SLA (Service Level Agreement). 5. Handle escalations as per SLA. 6. Maintain metrics for performance review and client reporting.
