Job Title: Analyst - HR Operations, APAC Location: Dalian Job Type: Full-time Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Operations Analyst with experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) or HR outsourcing. The ideal candidate will perform specialty administrative and transaction processing activity to support employees, managers, HRBPs, CoEs across the Enterprise in HR Core processes and related services. Responsibilities: l Provide transactional support to maintain employee records in system, includes follow up to approvals, clarifying information or correcting data. Analyst may be assigned to support a set of processes but could be required to support additional ones temporarily or permanently depending on the operational needs. Analyst is responsible for the following processes: 01 New Hires 01 Employee Movements (Promotions, Demotions, Transfers - local, BU to BU, country to country, expat assignments) 01 Compensation Changes (salary, bonus, commission), including Merit mass loads 01 Terminations (Voluntary, Involuntary and Retirements) 01 Job Data Changes (shifts, org assignments, business titles, scheduled weekly hours, part time-full time, etc.) 01 Personal & Contact Data Changes 01 Probation and contract renewal l Process the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per processes and according to the Case Management Framework and the SOX Matrix l Audits of data entry accuracy done by Service Delivery team members and through self-service l Data corrections requested by COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll) l Support M&A, divestitures, reorganizations l Generate and distribute ad-hoc internal reports l Support testing for systems enhancements related to HR operation l Perform other HRSSC related duties as assigned Qualifications: l Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. l 5 years+ of working experience in a HR Service Center or HR operations. l High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. l Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. l Ability to work in multiple projects successfully and simultaneously. l Ability to understand and successfully develop partnerships with customers. l High customer service orientation. l Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up. l Excellent attention to detail. l Experience in Workday/ Power BI / Service-Now
