Office Administrator will handle office administration independently for dedicated countries to make sure well working environment and compliance of Admin policies, procedures and practices.
Objectives & Responsibilities: 61 Reception and maintenance of the facility utilization such as office environment maintenance, office refreshment supply. 61 Logistics/travel assistance to visitors and internal employees such as business visa application, car reservation, flight tickets benchmark and reservation, accommodation arrangement. 61 Business License and company legal chops management. 61 Relationship builds up and maintenance with administration related vendors. Responsible for admin payments arrangement following company procedure. 61 Manage company courier in a proper way to achieve the cost efficiency. 61 Work-related certificates prepare 61 Related admin monthly reports maintenance. 61 Support on employee events/activities. 61 Other ad hoc duties that manager arranges.
Requirements & Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in administration, English, HR etc. 61 Min 1 year of experience in office administration role. Fresh graduate can be considered. 61 Smart and good learning skills. Good executive ability, interpersonal and communication skills. 61 Detail oriented. 61 Able to multiply-task and prioritize the tasks. 61 Able to work under pressure and must be pleasant, self-motivated, reliable with logical thinking. 61 Good English skill both in reading and writing. Good oral English is a plus. 61 Skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 61 Willing to handle administration work initiatively. 61 Able to travel whenever needed.
