工作职责
1．与管理层合作，制定团队的销售目标和预算;并对现有业务和新业务的预期销量和利润进行预测；
2．与主要客户的高层和中层管理人员建立并保持良好的关系，并与主要客户和客户开发销售机会；
3．制定和执行销售计划和策略，以实现销售目标并扩大我们的客户群；
4．监督集团内部同事与客户在产品开发方面的合作；
5．领导销售团队和客户服务团队为海外，香港和中国客户提供优质的客户服务；
6．执行管理层安排的特别任务。
任职要求
1．大专以上学历，印刷包装、市场营销、企业管理等相关专业；
2．至少8年中大型制造行业相关项目管理、销售管理、客户服务经验，其中至少5年纸制品行业管理岗位经验
3．有奢侈品包装、印刷、礼品、玩具行业工作经验者优先
4．敏锐的商业头脑，较强的领导能力；
5.　具有良好的项目管理、解决问题和分析能力；
6．良好的沟通表达和人际交往能力；
7．良好的英语、广东话和普通话的书面和口头表达能力；
8．根据需要，偶尔出差到集团下属各工厂（中国/越南）。
Sales Manager
Job responsibilities
1.Collaborate with management to establish the sales goals and budgets of the team; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new business
2.Create and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels, and develop sales opportunities with key customers and accounts
3.Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base
4.Oversee the internal counterparts across the Group to work with customers in product development
5.Lead Sales & Customer Services Teams to provide quality account services to overseas, Hong Kong & China Customers
6.Perform ad hoc assignments by management.
Job requirement
1.Diploma or above in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, any Engineering disciplines; or equivalent
2.At least 8 years relevant project management, Sales management, Account services experience in Manufacturing environment, with minimum 5 years in managerial position and paper products industry
3.Experience in luxury packaging, printing, gifts & premiums, toys industry is an advantage
4.Keen business acumen
5.Strong leadership with good project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
6.Good presentation, communication, interpersonal skills
7.Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
8.Occasional travel to PRC factory and Asia factory when need。
