Key responsibilities 61 Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for the technology setup in China, ensuring that it meets its scope, time, and cost objectives 61 Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including all tasks, resources and timeline 61 Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors across China and other locations to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned 61 Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues with timely escalation to IT management 61 Ensure quality control including project standards throughout the project lifecycle for all IT deliverables produced 61 Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and IT management 61 Lead and manage the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, and thereafter the infrastructure support and maintenance 61 Provide technical support on IT Infrastructure including network, bare metal and virtual servers, central storage, database system, cloud, data backup, infrastructure monitoring, resilience etc 61 Evaluate, recommend and maintain infrastructure technology standards 61 Develop and govern up-to-date policies, standards and guidelines on IT Infrastructure deployment, systems backup and resilience, monitoring as well as cloud adoption and governance control Requirements 61 Bachelor's Degree Holder of Computer Science/Engineering/relevant discipline 61 CCNA, CCNP, CISSP certification holders or equivalent 61 Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or above is preferred 61 Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure set up and Operations Management, experience as an IT Project Manager with at least 3 years focusing on the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure 61 Familiarity and experience in building IT infrastructure in China with high standard and compliance to local regulations 61 In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems operations, and network management 61 Experience in IT Infrastructure set up in large-scale, complex organizations, preferably within the logistics industry 61 Experience in managing IT Operation Control Centre and IT Facilities Management, IT Services design particularly in mission-critical operational environment 61 Holder of Mainland China driving license is preferred 61 Stationing in Mainland China. Travel between Mainland China and Hong Kong is required 61 Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills with strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure. 61 Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
