Key Job Responsibilities: 主要工作职责 1.According to the existing establishment and business development needs, coordinate and collect the recruitment needs of each position, formulate the job description. 根据现有编制及业务发展需求,协调、统计汇总各岗位的招聘需求,制定岗位说明书; 2.Use various recruitment platforms and recruitment channels to publish recruitment advertisements. 利用各种招聘平台、招聘渠道发布招聘广告; 3.Resume selection, invite candidates to interview, and contact the relevant interviewers to complete the interview, salary negotiation, offer confirmation and other related work. 简历甄选、邀约候选人过来面试,并联系相关面试官完成各个阶段面试、薪资谈判、offer确认等相关工作; 4.Complete recruitment data summary and data analysis. 完成招聘数据汇总,进行数据分析; 5.New employee entry procedures, contract signing and renewal processing, personnel files sorting and archiving management. 新员工入职手续办理,合同签订及续签处理,人事档案整理及归档管理; 6.New employee probation period performance follow-up, employee relations and coordination; 新员工试用期绩效跟进,员工关系处理和协调; 7.New employee orientation training. 新员工入职培训; 8.New employee background checks. 新员工背景调查; 9.Other work related to the six modules of human resources arranged by superiors. 上级安排的其它人力资源六大模块相关工作。 10.Undertaking other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors. 上级临时安排的其它任务。
Experience/Education Required: 经验及学历要求 1.1.Good health. College degree or above, fluent in Mandarin, English reading and writing must be proficient, listening to books, reading and writing fluency is preferred; 身体健康。大专及以上,普通话流利,英文读写必须熟练,听书读写流利优先录取; 2.Cheerful personality, strong communication and coordination skills; Strong self-driving force. 性格开朗,沟通能力、协调能力强;自我驱动力强; 3.Proficient in office software. 熟练操作办公软件; 4.More than 2 years HR related working experience, especially skilled recruitment module is preferred. 2年以上人力资源相关工作经验,特别熟练招聘模块的优先录取; 5.Experience in HR related work in large manufacturing industry is preferred. 有大型制造业人事相关工作经验优先。
