Experience/Education Required: 经验及学历要求 1.1.Good health. College degree or above, fluent in Mandarin, English reading and writing must be proficient, listening to books, reading and writing fluency is preferred; 身体健康。大专及以上,普通话流利,英文读写必须熟练,听书读写流利优先录取; 2.Cheerful personality, strong communication and coordination skills; Strong self-driving force. 性格开朗,沟通能力、协调能力强;自我驱动力强; 3.Proficient in office software. 熟练操作办公软件; 4.More than 5 years HR related working experience, especially skilled performance, C&B module is preferred. 5年以上人力资源相关工作经验,特别熟练薪酬绩效模块的优先录取; 5.Experience in HR related work in large manufacturing industry is preferred. 有大型制造业人事相关工作经验优先。
