职位描述
Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will facilitate the delivery of HR services and provide guidance and solutions on Human Resources operational issues. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and best practices in compensation and benefits management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
61 Manage all HR functions including compensation and benefits, policy and procedures, and ad-hoc HR issues or projects
61 Work closely with HR business partners to develop remuneration packages across the region, offering guidance on compensation and benefits strategies
61 Manage HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR compliance in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Philippines.
61 Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and ensure adherence to legal standards
61 Prepare and maintain employee files in compliance with applicable laws.
61 Oversees preparation and maintenance of records such as hires, promotions, transfers, employment eligibility verifications, terminations, licenses, and educational certifications.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and promote employee engagement
61 Support to facilitate the annual performance management process to drive the high performing culture
61 Facilitate the internal recruitment process by coordinating internal job requisitions, scheduling interviews, and administering the associate internal transfer portal
Requirements & Qualification:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
61 More than 6 years of experience in human resources management in large enterprises
61 Familiar with labor laws and regulations, and have strong human resource management capabilities
61 Have strategic thinking, logical thinking, and coordination skills, strong work execution, and can complete work tasks on time and with high quality
61 Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
61 Strong communication, presentation skills in English
