zLabels is Zalando’s fashion subsidiary. Located in Dongguan with a branch in Hangzhou, we develop fashion brands handling every step in the product lifecycle from initial design right through to distribution. We are looking for someone to join our team to start immediately as People & Operations Manager with a focus on HR and Admin. YOUR CHALLENGES:

● This role is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations
● You will be responsible for posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
● You will be responsible for maintaining records and assisting in the completion of new hire paperwork.
● You will maintain HR files and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
● You will address employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
● You will provide administrative tasks to ensure workplace efficiency with good standards.
● You will build and manage partnerships with the main internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE:

● You have a minimum of 5 years experience in human resources and business administration.
● You have experience working in an international company.
● You have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● You already gained experience with recruiting people.
● You are proficient in Google and familiar with HR software (Work Day and/or Feishu is a plus).
● You have strong communicational skills in English.
● You can deal with various stakeholders and pay attention to details.
● You ensure a clean and organized office environment by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance providers.
