职位描述
岗位职责:
1.开发、实施评估培训计划;采用多种方式设计考试项目;确定培训对于学员和业务的影响;与利益相关方讨论、解释评估报告。
Develops and implements evaluation plans; constructs test items using a variety of formats; determines the impact of instruction on participants and the business; discusses and interprets
evaluation reports with stakeholders.
2.领导关于培训课程与项目的评估,评估其有效性。Leads the evaluation of training courses and programs to assess effectiveness.
3.发展与第三方供应商、高校及其他教育项目,确定相关培训项目的功能和可用性。Develops relationships with corporate-approved third party providers, universities and other
educational programs to identify the capability and availability of relevant training programs.
4.参与提高员工培训卓越绩效的计划;领导特定的改进计划。Participates in initiatives to improve employee training performance excellence; leads specific improvement initiatives.
5.确保利用常用工具与系统,维护好个人和团队培训进程的记录与报告;利用评估数据作为课程改版的指南。Ensures the maintenance of training records and reports on individual and group progress using common tools and systems; uses evaluation data as a guide for program revisions.
6.管理一个或多个人才管理流程,如领导力发展,人才的发展与评估,绩效管理,胜任力与技能管理或员工敬业度、入职与保留等。Manages one or more talent management processes such as leadership development; talent development and assessment; performance management; competency and
skill management; or employee engagement, on boarding and retention.
7.开发并运用指标分析人才管理计划、流程和工具对组织的影响;领导特定计划来确定并改进卓越绩效。Develops and implements metrics to analyze the impact of talent management initiatives, processes and tools on the organization; leads specific initiatives to identify and improve performance excellence.
8.参与跨组织的项目团队,设计、改进、实施有效的人才管理流程。Participates on cross-organizational project teams to design, improve and implement effective talent management processes.



教育和经验:
1.要求具有人力资源、商务或相关专业的本科或同等学历,或拥有同等工作经验。University, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
2. 经历Experience: 具有丰富的相关工作经验。Significant level of relevant work experience required.



技能要求及其他:
1.教学设计和效率 - 使用适当的康明斯方法和技术来分析、设计、开发、实施和评估教学内容,实现***学习效果并满足组织需要;使用正确的收集方法并分析结果,相对于学习目标检验内容有效性,从而评估成功指标。Instructional Design and Effectiveness - Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates instructional content using Cummins methodologies and technologies to maximize learning and meet organizational needs; evaluates success indicators by using appropriate collection methods and analyzing the results to validate content effectiveness as compared to the learning objectives.
2.培训授课 - 以能够调动学员积极性的方式为学员授课,并针对个人和小组的需要加以调整;使所学知识和技能可以应用于工作当中。Training Delivery - Instructs learners in a manner that engages and adjusts to individual and group needs resulting in knowledge, skills and abilities that can be applied on the job.
3.支持 - 通过营造积极的环境,鼓励提出问题、分享见解和参与讨论,引导小组讨论或培训,从而加深理解、分析问题、解决冲突、探索解决办法或做出决定。Facilitation - Guides group discussions or training by creating an active environment where questions are posed, perspectives are shared, and debates occur with HQ of gaining understanding, analyzing issues, resolving conflict, exploring solutions, or making decisions.
