Role Responsibilities: 1、 Strong understanding of the organization’s goals, effectively create a people development strategy to fit 2、 Develop an annual talent development plan according to the company's talent development demands 3、 According to the talent development plan, make specific plans, organize and implement various specific activities of the talent development project, and ensure the smooth completion of the talent development project. 4、 Understand and collect market talent development information, continuously improve talent development projects 5、 Adopt a blended approach of training techniques including classroom sessions, coaching, e-learning 6、 Regularly organize talent development team internal communications or discussions for talent development work continuously improve. 7、 Build relationships & well communicate with related departments to understand them better for continue improvement.
Candidate Requirements: 1、 Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree or above 2、 Relevant experience of managing the talent development project or training solutions 3、 Project design and management skill 4、 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5、 Confident presenter and public speaker 6、 Self-driven and creative thinking ability 7、 Good English proficiency for fluent expression.
