What exactly will you be doing? You will be responsible for re-selling EF courses and generating referrals by building long-term relationships with customers, timely communicating about students’ study progress, resolving any emergent concerns or questions and ensuring that customers’ needs are met. Building trust relationship with students and their parents Re-selling core courses to customers Daily communicating with customers about their concerns and questions Generating referrals Updating customers on students’ progress, assigned homework and covered in class Consistently informing customers about all important information and changes Preparing and delivering parent-facing events following suggested framework Recording all the necessary group-, student- and parent- management operations using CRM system Observing lessons to better understand students’ performance, share with their parents
What are the basic requirements?
Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Good command of English, at least B1 oral and written University degree, major in education or language is preferred Ability to work on weekends
