Responsibilities: ? Prepares product certification applications for all applicable independent third party and state certification agencies (e.g., IAPMO, CSA, ASSE, etc.). Maintains certification files, including obtaining renewals. Prepares annual flow control reports for government agencies (e.g. annual reports for WaterSense, DOE and Texas). ? Builds and maintains relationships with listing agencies and certifiers. Maintains codes and standards library with latest revisions and updates. Supports compliance correspondence requests for internal and external customers. ? Provides governance to Engineering project teams as they work to meet Compliance related deliverables and milestones within the (product development Stage-Gate process. ? Maintains and ensures necessary linkages between product platform, product engineering, and compliance data including wetted surfaces, materials, markings, test reports, audit documents, and product listings. ? Responsible for improving and governing end-to-end data structures and workflows. This includes structuring sources of truth to feed several downstream consumer and data output forms while building intersystem connectivity and dependencies. ? In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, executes process improvements that drive greater efficiencies, and leverages our global scale to achieve industry leading results; including improvements to eliminate waste, improve productivity, and incremental changes to continuously improve speed to market. Organizes and conducts internal training on processes ? Supports and monitors Compliance budgets. Reviews, monitors, and approves Compliance related invoices. Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, information technology, systems, management, or related field is required ? Minimum 3 years of experience working with workflows related to product compliance or other similar technical processes is required. ? Proficiency in processing information using digital workflow tools and maintaining information in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) relational databases. ? Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple geographic locations. ? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint ? Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to persevere to reach objectives for challenging problems. ? Demonstrated passion for learning, adoption of new technology, and independent decision-making. ? Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to deal with fluctuating priorities; be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision ? Fluent oral or written English ? The following qualifications are preferred: o Experience with PTC Windchill or Dassault Enovia PLM o Experience with SAP R3 or S4 ERP platform o Experience with plumbing product filed if necessary
