岗位职责: Job Title: 书院科员 Officer of Residential College Department: Residential College, HKUST(GZ) Job ID: Job Posting Details Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)(HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run higher education institution between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. HKUST(GZ) has obtained approval from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and become the *** legally-independent educational institution co-established by the Mainland and Hong Kong since the announcement and implementation of the “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and the “Overall Plan for Deepening Globally Oriented Comprehensive Co-operation amongst Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in Nansha of Guangzhou”. HKUST(GZ) comprises four Hubs, namely Function Hub, Information Hub, Systems Hub, Society Hub and offers 15 postgraduate degrees. The admission of undergraduate students will begin in 2023, with the *** batch of programs covering artificial intelligence, data science and big data technology. Duties 1.Draft and set up regulations based on the requirements of the College management 2. Be in charge of the management and maintenance of office, study and living spaces, etc. 3. Be in charge of purchase and inventory management 4. Be in charge of meeting management, business trip management and event management, etc. 5. Be in charge of other Administration issues of the College 6. Other tasks assigned by supervisors 1. 负责书院日常行政事务 2. 根据书院管理需要起草、制定相关管理办法 3. 负责书院办公及学习、生活环境的管理与维护 4. 负责书院的经费管理、采购、库存管理等 5. 负责会议管理、出差管理及各类活动的会务工作等 6. 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求: 1. Applicant should have a bachelor degree or above and at least 5-year working experience. Majors of administration management, public relations and languages and experience in universities are preferred 2. Applicant should have good skills of PPT editing, official document writing and be fluence in both Mandarin and English 3. Applicant should be self-motivated, have a solution-driven mindset, possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to mobilize working partners to produce quality work under pressure and tight timelines, and a flexible approach to dealing with challenges and change 4. The applicant should demonstrate leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, and possess good planning, organizational and communication skills 1. 本科以上学历,行政管理、公共关系、语言等相关专业优先,5年以上相关工作经验,具有高校工作经历者优先 2. 具备较强的PPT编辑设计能力、公文写作能力和英语听说读写能力 3. 具有高度的责任心和主动性,创新意识和学习力强,乐于挑战 4. 服务意识和团队合作意识强;严谨细致,具有很好的执行力和承压能力 5. 有很好的时间管理,能有效处理多任务交叉的情况;沟通及组织协调能力强 6. 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等多种办公软件 Submission materials required 1.
