岗位职责：
1、根据公司发展需要以及长期、中期、短期的销售计划，制定物料采购计划、仓储计划，对整体交付负责；
2、负责供应链库存管理，包括安全库存的设置、呆滞的处理等，提升库存周转率，降低呆滞率；
3、监控物料的市场变化，采取必要的采购技巧降低采购成本；
4、建立采购管理体系，定期进行市场调研，开拓渠道，负责供应商的拓展、管理、评估等;
5、及时协调解决采购物料、生产使用、客户服务过程中所产生的供货及质量问题；
6、上级临时安排的其他工作任务。
岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历：管理、物流、采购相关专业；
2. 5-10年以上国际供应链和采购工作经验，了解相关法规和技术知识；对整个供应链信息系统有深刻的理解和丰富的实际操作经验。
3. 熟悉薄膜行业各类原材料市场，尤其是对橡胶/胶粒（原材料），如PP的物性很熟；
4. 较强的团队管理能力、计划与执行能力；
5. 较强的谈判议价能力、沟通协调能力、系统思维能力；
6. 英语听说读写能力强；英语和普通话均能作为工作语言者优先。
Job responsibilities:
1. Develop material procurement and warehousing plans based on the company's development needs and long-term, medium, and short-term sales plans, and be responsible for overall delivery;
2. Responsible for supply chain inventory management, including setting safety inventory and handling obsolescence, to improve inventory turnover rate and reduce obsolescence rate;
3. Familiar with various raw material markets in the film industry, especially familiar with the physical properties of rubber/rubber particles (raw materials) such as PP;
4. Establish a procurement management system, conduct regular market research, expand channels, and be responsible for supplier expansion, management, evaluation, etc；
5. Timely coordinate and solve supply and quality issues arising from the procurement of materials, production use, and customer service processes;
6. Other work tasks temporarily arranged by superiors..

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above: major in management, logistics, procurement related fields;
2. At least 5-10 years of international supply chain and procurement work experience, with
knowledge of relevant regulations and technical knowledge; Have a deep understanding and rich
practical experience in the entire supply chain information system.
3. Familiar with rubber/rubber particles (raw materials), such as the physical properties of PP;
4. Strong team management skills, planning and execution abilities;
5. Strong negotiation and negotiation skills, communication and coordination skills, and systematic thinking skills;
6. Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; Priority given to those who can use both English and Mandarin as working languages.
