Job Description: 1.负责按照公司要求的程序和标准在客户现场完成设备安装,维护和维修工作,包含硬件,软件等。 According to the company's required procedures and standards, responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment at the customer's site, including hardware and software. 2.在客户现场调试和优化设备软硬件,提升设备运行效率,提高客户满意度。 Debug and optimize hardware and software to improve equipment operating efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3.制定客户现场设备预防性保养计划并按时执行。 Make preventive maintenance plan for on-site equipment and implement on time. 4.提供准确、高效的故障解决方案。 Provide accurate and efficient trouble shooting solutions. 5.跟踪并及时反馈客户现场设备运行状况,收集客户需求和建议提供给公司内部参考。 Track and timely feedback the status of on-site equipment to customers, collected customer requirements and suggestions and transfer to RD for reference. 6.按照公司要求完成各项日常工作。 Completed daily work as required by the company. Job Requirement: 1.本科及以上学历,电子、机械或信息工程等相关专业; Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, mechanical or information engineering or related; 2.有设备维护、技术支持或其他相关领域的工作经验; Experience in equipment maintenance, technical support or other related fields 3.具备相关的计算机应用知识 Good knowledge of computer application 4.良好的人际交往能力 Good interpersonal skills 5.良好的沟通技巧 Good communication skills 6.熟悉AOI/PCB行业优先 Familiar with AOI/PCB industry is preferred 工作地点:江门新会崖门
