Handle customers' enquiries and orders in an efficient and professional manner. Manage parts order processing, and monitor backlog status and parts delivery for Hong Kong and Oversea markets. To liaise with internal central team for lead time checking. Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support. Backlog confirmation/Reschedule, Shipment expedite/notification, RMA. Job Requirements: experience in administration position. Good understanding on international logistic and trading policy preferred. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Familiar with MS. Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Immediate available is preferred.
