Position Summary The role is accountable for developing and cultivating BCO accounts with the scope of Southern China Sub-cluster in specific industry verticals. This entails developing and executing key account strategies, developing long-term strategic relationships with BCOs, generating qualified business opportunities from BCO clients. Key Accountabilities - Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s business and identify/ explore business opportunities in the pre-defined scope. - Develop and execute sales strategies and plans, including setting targets, objectives, and key results (OKRs) budgeting and KPIs. - Build, manage and extend business relationships across the decision-making units with key BCOs in Southern China to achieve KPIs. - Monitor performance of sales business plans and evaluate successes, risks and opportunities; formulate and execute plans successfully to address these. - Contribute to the formation and implementation of DP World China’s overall sales and account management strategies for Southern China to deliver required volume and revenue in KPIs. - Manage client business relationships across the logistics value chain (e.g., agents, shippers) within the countries to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
