Position Summary Work under of the Customer Center Manager. Be responsible for the application and technical support of FIB,SEM ; Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, equipment demonstration and sample measurement for sales; Product data sorting and application development, in-depth study of products, and provide multi-directional technical support for sales and market.
Requirements Education 1、Master degree or above, major in material, chemistry and physics;
Experience 1、Master degree or above, material physics or related background; 2、Diligent in learning and studying technology, must have more than 1 years of SEM/FIB use and operation experience; 3、Familiar with SEM/FIB principle and its application in materials; 4、More in-depth application experience in a certain industry (semiconductor,metal ,geology, etc.) is preferred; 5、Rich knowledge of materials and basic chemistry.

Main Tasks 1、Write the analysis report reflecting the excellent performance of the equipment; 2、Maintain the equipment as the tool owner of the equipment; 3、Experience with field emission scanning electron microscopy technologies. 4、Experience of correlative light and electron microscopy technologies 5、Preparation and execution of customer demonstrations and sample runs 6、Work in conjunction with sales personnel to understand customer requirements in advance of demonstrations. 7、Ensure that tools are in optimum condition in advance of demonstrations Maintain the equipment as the tool owner of the equipment; 8、Prepare reports for customers on the full results of demonstration or sample work. This includes data analysis, either from images or information from other detection technologies. 9、Engage in ongoing training in the company’s SEM technology offerings. 10、Communicate to account management quickly and in detail any issues that impede customer productivity. Suggest technical path for resolution. 11、Travel to trade shows and conferences to support marketing and sales
