Main Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain robust customer relationships through the effective management and co-ordination of all commercial activities with delegated customer accounts. -Provide clear and prompt pricing, sales and forecast volume data to support the preparation of both China and regional budgets. -Provide accurate monthly sales report and make comparison with frozen sales plan. -Assist in the generation and the active update of the Live Medium-Term Plan with the business development team. -As an owner of customers, do well master and know every aspect of customers, and make excellent business development strategy on specific customers. -Determine potential new business opportunities both within the current customer base as well as promoting additional MTP growth by identifying new initiatives in line with regional financial requirements. -Cost model generation for new products in conjunction with the relevant screening documentation to justify potential new business cases in terms of both strategic and financial returns for the region. -Regular customer reviews on pricing, performance, and overall satisfaction to ensure alignment between specific customer needs and the internal business requirements of TI Fluid Systems. -Preparation of a detailed monthly activity report in accordance with company guideline. -Prepare and develop product contribution analysis with the manufacturing plants to drive contribution improvements. -Lead comprehensive customer quotations and the effective co-ordination of all local and functional management support to ensure complete transparency on quotation development. -Develop a close link with Functional Engineering and Program management groups to ensure alignment of both product/manufacturing strategies with customer expectations. -Provide specific customer intelligence and feedback to regional functional groups. -Representing TI in terms of key customer contact on all business-related activities. -Work close with regional and global commercial team, efficient communication is a must. -Recruit, cultivate and lead the specific sales team to conform to company’s global strategy and values. -Other tasks assigned by supervisor. Qualification -Degree in general business, marketing, or engineering. -International MBA preferable but not essential. -Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar commercial role ideally with Tier 1 supplier. -Proven and successful track record working in a similar role within the automotive industry ideally with direct experience with OEM customers regarding commercial issues. -Fluency in speaking, understanding, writing, and reading both in Chinese and English. Fluency in Japanese is preferred. -Strong skills on presentation.
