Responsibilities
1.Formulating and administering company strategies and policies and developing long term goals and objectives. This includes the direction, focus, and visualization of activities in responsible departments to further the overall progressive goals and objectives and monitor their progress
2.Provide leadership in continuous improvement activities and successfully enable scalability to achieve our goals of meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
3.Direct the company's manufacturing activities to ensure maximum effectiveness is obtained for the production of quality products within specified time and budgetary guidelines.
4.Monitor the manufacturing cost, including analyzing, controlling, reporting, and making recommendations to the Top Management
5.Liaise closely with Hong Kong headquarters to ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing facilities
6.Overall management of the offshore country operations including but not limited to factory production, social compliance, merchandising, quality assurance, industrial engineering, sample department, warehouse, financial management, Government officials relations and conformance with all the regulations.
7.Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to local management and staff through clear visions and continued improvements to existing practices
8.P&L responsibility as the ultimate goal
9.For overall management of the offshore country operations, the General Production Manager should direct report to the Production Director except for those financial and accounting issues that he or she should report to Finance 运营经理：

Requirements:
1.Degree/ diploma holder
2.With IE background would be an advantage
3.Minimum 12 years related experience in apparel manufacturing industry with at least 7 years in managerial level
4.Possess strong leadership and sound problem solving techniques
5.With excellent managerial skills, able to assign job duties to appropriate staff
6.Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English
7.Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage

要求：
1、本科毕业或以上学历
2、具备工业工程背景者优先。
3、在服装制造行业至少有12年的相关经验，其中至少7年担任管理职务。
4、具备强大的领导能力和良好的问题解决技巧。
5、具备出色的管理技能，能够将工作职责分配给适当的员工。
6、具备优秀的人际交往能力和良好的书面表达能力。
7、具备优秀的人际交往能力，良好的英语书面和口语表达能力。
8、精通普通话者优先。
