● Map technical talent for all relevant roles across Greater China to build a strong technical candidate database utilizing all the tools available, including internal databases, search engines, external networks, social media groups, and internal referrals to find talent of all levels, skill sets and experience ● Source and engage relevant technical candidates to elevate client’s brand ● Assess candidate qualifications to determine viability in meeting minimum and preferred qualifications based on specific role criteria ● Conduct phone interviews with relevant candidates using client’s hiring process. ● Provide an efficient and high touch experience for every candidate ● Prep candidate for interviews ● Set up and manage batch interview or interview process as appropriate ● Ensure seamless transition of candidate to client’s recruiter ● Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (recruiters, interviewers) and function as talent advisor to the business ● Adhere 100% to client’s processes and systems
Qualifications: ● 1-5years experience in recruiting / RPO environment with proven track records ● Strong oral / written English and Chinese bilingual skills ● Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity ● Expertise in all recruitment channel ● Strong academic record (Masters preferred) and demonstrated strong work ethic ● Solid understanding of the internet and online sourcing skills (e.g., how to navigate social media sites) & other parts of recruitment life cycle ● Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies ● Good understanding of the importance of data integrity ● Ability to handle repetitive, heavy data entry assignments
