We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement Team. This role will be based in Shanghai / Guangzhou. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to: - Drive and support on major casualty program placement on nationwide basis - Lead in Casualty placement strategy including program structure & marketing plan etc. - Maintains carrier/market contact at appropriate levels needed to execute effectively - Reviews coverage specifications and policy wording to be submitted to carriers/underwriters. - Prepare proposal components including analysis of pricing, coverage, services, quote comparisons, financing, commentary and recommendation, identify differences against expiring, claims made, surplus lines, and subjectivities, loss projections, cash flows. - Delivers submission to carrier/market. - Requests and oversees follow-up for changes from underwriters. - Schedules carrier/market presentations. - Monitors the renewal and binder control system. - Support Client Executives to effectively service client needs including the accompany of client meeting in need - Understands and complies with Marsh Compliance and Transparency Standards
What you need to have: - 10+ years of Casualty insurance experience - Good understanding of Casualty techniques, Casualty underwriters background is preferred - Speak fluent English
