Support the preparation of external audit, visits and industry events.

Responsible for GxP documents and communication letter translation.
负责GxP文件及各类沟通函的中英文翻译。
Support GxP related training management and routine work, ensure the quality of training is satisfying.
支持GxP相关的培训管理及日常工作，确保培训质量。
Support the company's personnel comprehensive ability improvement project, improve the personnel comprehensive ability.
支持公司人员综合能力提升项目，提升人员综合能力水平。
Support the company's GxP document management and routine work, ensure that the document management complies with regulations and continuously improve the document management.
支持公司GxP文件管理及日常工作，确保文件管理符合法规并持续提升文件管理水平。
Responsible for department Outing & Gathering & Meetings organization.
负责部门的活动及会议组织。
Ensure the compliance of EHS policy in working.
确保工作符合环保、健康和安全的方针政策。
Follow the company EHS policy and procedure; fulfill responsibility of EHS related regulation, timely report EHS accident and risk.
遵守公司各项EHS规章制度；履行EHS相关 法规责任，及时汇报EHS相关的事故及隐患。
Any other assignment as is determined by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education/ Professional Qualification
学历/专业资格
Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Microbiological, Business English or related field.
药学、化学、微生物学、商务英语或相关学科学士或以上学位。
Technical/Skills Required

Good learning and comprehension skills.

Good communication and address investigate problem’s ability.

Working Experience
工作经验
1 year or above work experience in pharmaceutical production or quality management.
1年以上的药品生产或质量管理工作经验。
Language, Computer Literacy, Office Software, etc.

Good English and computer skill
