Job Responsibilities 1. Working with office QMR to implement and maintain the Quality Management System in IDP Labs GZ, Wuxi and Shanghai. (e.g. execution of planned internal audits and required documentations, management reviews, risk assessments, identifying any needs for improvements of QMS) (10%) 2. Monitoring the implementation of QMS and ensuring that the QMS is effectively implemented in IDP Labs GZ, Wuxi and Shanghai. (10%) 3. Working closely with relevant laboratories for quality management daily works (e.g. document control, spot checks of reports, corrective actions and proficiency tests). (25%) 4. Working closely with relevant laboratories to maintain accreditations (e.g. collecting the needs for accreditations, implementation of accreditation requirements, preparation of required application documents and follow-up actions). (25%) 5. Preparing and submitting reports/information on implementation, performance and improvements of QMS. (10%) 6. Supporting works at lab (e.g. QM projects for improvements, any tasks assigned by the regional QMR). (20%)
Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science. 2. Fluent in English and local language. 3. Have at least 1 years’ experience in quality management or laboratory. 4. Be familiar with requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. 5. Having experience in lab accreditation is preferred. 6. Good organizational skills and communication skills. 7. Teamworking and innovative.
