1. Ability to handle test plan and scheme development, execution of test projects, compilation and review of test reports, maintenance and management of test equipment

3. Ability to interpret domestic and international testing standards and regulations.

II.Job Requirements
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science
大学本科及以上学历，车辆工程专业、机械或自动化专业、电子工程、电气工程、机械工程、材料科学等相关专业
2. Candidates with over 3 years of laboratory experience in third-party labs are preferred. This position is also open to outstanding recent graduates.
3年以上第三方实验室工作经验者优先，本职位也接受优秀应届生申请。

6. Familiar with laboratory testing processes and methods, and capable of independently developing test plans and test schemes.
