MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 - Set up super strong network of logistic supply chain
2 - Set up advanced market fundamental operation strategy to deliver excellent customer experience
3 - Raise up fundamental operation performance KPI at advanced market level to make sure agile supply
4 - Decline logistic cost at least 10% decline year on year with increasing customer experience
5 - Drive system automation – One System to monitor all logistic operations. work with vendors & Colgate IT team to looking for advance technology automation equipment's to run warehouse operation , enhance co-packing and transportation efficiency
6 - Drive Digitalization - fully utilize digital tools and systems to set up 7 - Control Tower to monitor logistic flow and deep dive opportunities of Cost saving
8 - Enhance operation productivity and efficiency for warehousing, transportation and co-packing , customer delivery.
9 - Drive Continual Improvement for all of logistic operation to get cost saving year on year
10 - Work with Division or Global to complete audit both of internal & external, and cooperation of any needs from global & division E2E supply chain
11- Engage cross function teams and LOG vendors regularly to understand their needs then adopt right logistic way to support them
12 -Lead China sustainability projects to Net Zero Carbon Tactics

3 - Fully understand logistic operation processes of warehouse, transportation, co-packing, customer delivery etc
4 - Clearly understand the systems of OMS, WMS & TMS, Control Tower
5 - Skillful negotiation, communication and collaboration
6 - Familiar of 2C & 2B integration operation
7 - Project experience of Bidding & warehouse transition
8 - Open mindset , learn fast.
