岗位职责: 1) Product Portfolio Margin Management · Perform financial assessment on new product launch, and conduct post-launch analysis, summarize lesson learned and/or best practice. · Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analysis and financial feasibility studies on product related initiatives with insight and recommendation to support decision-making. · Partner with cross-functional teams on annual product portfolio review to drive continuous product profitability improvement. · Drive continuous improvement on product margin management throughout the entire product life cycle. 2) Financial Sales projection and analysis · Collaborate with global and local forecasting teams on macro and micro forecast, and financial sales outlook to support the driving of a synergetic mechanism from demand, supply to financial planning. · Conduct annual budgeting and quarterly projection on topline and SKU sales. · Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance analysis. · Develop sales analysis reports from different dimensions, communicate and present the analysis findings to key stakeholders.
任职要求: · Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, economics or a related field. Solid accounting and financial foundation, ACCA/CPA/CMA certifications preferred. · 8+ years of experience in finance role, with at least 3 years of analytic role. Have experience in product-related financial analytics. · Business acumen, logical and strategic thinking. · Strong analytical and interpersonal, communicate and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. · Ability to balance multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills to address complex financial issues and provide practical solutions. · Excellent verbal and written English, mastery of Microsoft Office, proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g. excel advance functions), and Data visualization tools (e.g. power BI) is plus. · Enthusiastic in work and strong motivation and responsibility.
