Job Responsibilities: 1.Assist in developing and improving the human resources and administrative regulations and management processes of the research institute. 2.Manage the recruitment process for the institute, including enhancing and executing recruitment workflows. 3.Manage employment promotion activities for master’s scholarship recipients. 4.Organize and implement training programs for the institute. 5.Assist in employee relationship management, including signing labor contracts and handling onboarding, offboarding, and transfers. 6.Organize various employee activities to foster a positive work environment and team collaboration. 7.Support administrative tasks within the institute, including comprehensive office management and logistical support. 8.Perform other HR and administrative-related tasks as assigned by superiors. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Administrative Management, or related fields. 2.At least 2 years of experience in human resources. 3.Experience as a student leader or in recruitment is preferred. 4.Familiarity with relevant national and regional labor laws and regulations. 5.Outgoing personality with a broad mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a sense of responsibility; strong learning ability and good professional ethics in HR. 6.Excellent English communication skills.
