Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Support Specialist to support our customer service activities for Europe, reporting to the Supply Chain Director. This role will be based in China and will play a crucial part in our fast-paced and growing business environment. Key Responsibilities: 1、Accurately process customer orders in the MS Dynamics Business Central ERP system, ensuring timely order entry and seamless execution. 2、Monitor product availability and collaborate with logistics service providers in Belgium and the UK to ensure efficient and on-time order fulfillment. 3、Generate and distribute order confirmations to customers and manage invoicing for designated accounts. 4、Process sample orders in compliance with company policies and procedures. 5、Maintain daily communication with the customer service team in Spain, supply chain colleagues, and logistics partners via email to resolve operational issues, track order progress, and ensure high delivery performance. 6、Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, and adding value in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Qualifications and Skills 1、Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field. 2、Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 3、2-5 years of customer service experience in an international company, preferably in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry. 4、Solid knowledge of customer service principles with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer value. 5、Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics Business Central.
