Total must equal 100%. 50% Business Partnering 61 Partner with business and functional leaders to maximize the performance of their organizations. 61 Advise and consult on matters of total rewards, organizational development, organization design changes and cultural initiatives as needed to meet business objectives 61 Provide the guidance and leadership for the functions from an HR perspective whilst also translating the HR needs of the business to the CoE and Global HR team to deploy appropriate processes and programs in ways that bring value. 61 Implement HR change management in line with global HR strategy. 25% Employee Experience 61 Drive HR initiatives and improve employee experience based on the findings from employee survey and relevant market study. 61 Enhance employee value proposition for better talent acquisition, retention, and business success. 61 Ensure seamless and timely execution of global programs, policies and initiatives working together with PX team. 15% Project Lead 61 Play a key role to implement global/local PX initiatives working together with local leadership team. 10% People Management 61 Manage and develop team members according to their needs and get the team highly engaged and motivated QUALIFICATIONS: Required qualifications needed in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
