岗位职责:
1. Accountable to partnering with China plants management team in ensuring Environment health and safety regulations/standards and management are implemented effectively and standardized across sites.
负责与中国各工厂管理团队合作，确保EHS方面的法规和标准，在各个工厂有效实施和标准化。
2. Builds a comprehensive environment program that defines, develops, maintains and implements policies and processes that enable consistent, effective and improved environment impacts.
建立一个全面的环境计划，定义，建立，保持和实施政策和过程，以持续的、有效的和改善环境影响.
3. Audit & Assess: conduct full assessment & audit reports when needed over related scope, evaluates environment trends, evolving threats, risks and vulnerabilities and applies tools to mitigate risk as necessary (in partner with Legal department) .
审核和评估:在相关范围内进行完整的评估和审计报告，评估环境趋势，动态的威胁，风险和漏洞，并在必要时应用工具来降低风险(与法务部门合作)。
4. Investigates and tracks environmental incidents within compliance of local and country laws.
在遵守当地和国家法律的情况下，调查和跟踪环境事故。
5. Environment management: ensuring emergency team, environment protocols, and incident registration is relevantly managed in every site, partnering with Corporate Affairs / Incident Response Team.
环境管理:确保每个工厂的应急团队、环境条款和事故登记进行相应的管理，并与公司事务/事故响应团队合作。
6. Partners with corporate affairs in handling complaints, settles disputes and resolving grievances and conflicts or otherwise negotiating with others.
与公司事务合作，处理投诉，解决纠纷，解决申诉和冲突或与他人协商。
7. ESG management: Collect and analyses ESG data trend of China factories and conducts research and executes environment management innovations and best practices such as plastic reduction programs, recycles, zero landfill reduction program.
ESG管理：收集分析中国各工厂ESG数据，进行研究并实施环境管理创新和***实践，如减少塑料项目、回收、零垃圾填埋场项目。
8. Act as Environment subject matter expert (SME) to lead the environment protection project implementation across factories.
作为中国区环保方面的专家，领导各个工厂环保项目实施。
9. Accountable for budget monitoring and control for Environment Health and Safety related items nationally and work with relevant package owners.
负责中国区EHS相关项目的预算监测和控制，并与相关成本控制负责人合作.
10. Train Environment Health and Safety or related personnel to comply with regulations, standard operations and required knowledge to perform. Initiates, facilitates, and promotes activities to foster Environment awareness within the organization.
培训EHS或相关人员遵守法规、标准操作和必要的知识。 发起、指导和促进在组织内培养EHS意识的活动。
任职要求:
1. At least Bachelor in EHS, prefer environment engineering.
本科或以上学历毕业，EHS 相关专业，环保工程专业毕业优先考虑。
2. Over 8 years working experience in Environment management.
从事环保工作8年以上。
3. Familiar with WWTP process, Odor and Noise control.
熟悉污水处理工艺，臭气和噪声治理技术。
4. General English skill in oral, excellent writing and reading.
熟练的英语读写能力，可以进行日常会话和一般工作交流。
5. Strong communication skill and implementation.
较强的沟通能力和执行能力。
6. Good skill in computer include office software.
熟练使用办公软件。
