University graduate in IT or equivalent; OR 1.Minimum 10 years’ working experience in similar position covering the followings: 2.Sound knowledge in IT service management, especially on incident, problem, change, service request, business continuity and service level management; 3.Good understanding of system development life cycle, quality assurance and related practice; 4.Good communication skills and risk awareness; 5.Excellent analytical mindset; 6.Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities; 7.Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities; 8.Self-driven and flexible with high motivation; 9.Preferable with IT service management tools implementation experience 10.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Cantonese & Putonghua is preferable.
