Job Description: Audit 1.Set up and improve factory audit processes and procedures 2.Set up and improve factory audit documents such as audit report, scoring rubric, corrective action report to meet the increased disclosure requirements of the CSRD 3.Setup yearly audit target and schedule monthly audit plan 4.Conduct factory audit, review and approve audit reports 5.Draft KPI report on audits carried on a quarterly and yearly basis 6.Regulatory surveillance and training for auditors, especially in EHS area 7.Guide and assist supplier improve its quality and compliance control system 8.Coordinate with the 3rd party for special audit required by the market 9.Plan and coordinate audits in Asia countries with the local 3rd party
Sustainability and Compliance 1.Coordinate with the sustainability and compliance team in HQ by addressing requirements to supplier and advice or assist in collecting necessary data/information, i.e. technical documentation for CE marking and EPDs 2.Surveillance of relevant EU legislation, such as REACH, Rohs and POPs 3.Share knowledge with supplier and the team and form action plan together with colleagues in HQ when necessary, especially in implementing the design requirements arising from the Eco Design Regulation 4.Maintain close communication with the 3rd party or relevant organization
Requirements for Candidates: 1.10+ years’ solid working experience with at least 5 years in factory audit (quality & EHS) or in sustainability & compliance position 2.Certified auditor in ISO, SA8000, SEDEX, BSCI, etc. preferred 3.Knowledge of CBAM, EPDs, CSRD, Building product declarations, REACH, Rohs, POPs, ESPR is necessary 4.Familiar with regulations on anti-fire, work safety, environment protection and human rights 5.Background in electrical engineering will be a plus 6.Structured, detail-oriented, good communication skills, fast learner 7.Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing 8.Willing to travel frequently 9.Bachelor’s degree or above
