Manage technical academy to ensure that employee capability meet the needs of theorganization. Identify andaddress talent andorganizationalneeds.Lead organizational structures/changesto maximizebusiness performance. Support plant leadersby providing timely feedback/motivationtools, HR procedures,employee/labor relations and provide effective solutions to ensure compliancewith labor lawand maintain morale.Stay current on industrytrends and best practices(digital, AI, etc.)of HR management.
Typical Education Level教育背景: Bachelor's degreeor abovein Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
