1. Supplier Management & Development: Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, primarily in China, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery standards. Conduct audits and source alternative suppliers to strengthen supply chain resilience. Deepen product and supplier knowledge through exhibitions, site visits, and ongoing resource enrichment for existing and new products. 2. Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate terms, pricing, and long-term agreements with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and continuity of supply. 3. Procurement Operations: Actively complete procurement tasks and objectives including Request for quotation, PO negotiation, PO updating, Supplier confirmation, PO rejection and delayed pickups 4. Vendor Management: Vendor management including onboarding new vendors, consolidating existing vendors, monitoring vendor KPI and supply optimization. 5. Issue Resolution & Support: Lead and address potential purchasing issues, including order management, payment escalations, and any blockers to ensure smooth PO operations. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, product development, and finance teams to streamline forecasting, inventory, and materials flow. 7. Quality & Compliance: Partner with quality teams to ensure all sourced products meet global standards. Address any compliance, packaging, or customs issues promptly and drive for practical solutions. 8. Supplier Operations: Possess a strong understanding of supplier operational procedures and the ability to step in and resolve issues as needed, including during Supplier Manager absences. Manage PRD processes, PO splitting / batching, payment escalations, telex releases, and address any cargo pickup obstacles or special cases. 任职要求: 61 Minimum of 7-10 years in a strategic sourcing role, with at least 5 years focused on the China market.
