Roles and Responsibilities：
1) Good ability to understand all Standard（ISO/GB/）, familiar with calipers, micrometers, coordinates and other conventional testing equipment
2) Familiar with product drawings and tooling Jig design, familiar with the use of CMM, and best can able to program according to drawings
3) Support monitoring safety equipment, implementing instructions and compliance with safety requirements
4) Base on the test standard ,improve the all test facilities, control system, verify date with expected project schedule, store date in appropriate location, analyze and process the date
4) Support dimensional anomaly analysis in the process of production line problem solving
6) Responsible for completing the all testing and measurement ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of various inspection data
7) Comply with calibration process(tracing ,checks, performances….)
8) Responsible for abnormal feedback, recording, marking and follow-up of the final product quality
9) Daily maintenance of 5S and related coordinates in the laboratory
10) Other related work assigned by leader
Knowledge required：
1) Good ability to read Drawing, familiar with Jig、Gauge、calipers、 micrometers、 CMM and other conventional testing equipment
2) Have a good quality awareness and quality concept, with quality terminology understanding and expression ability
3) Have Lab experience and familiar with Auto Standard (ITAF) is preferred
4) Serious and responsible work, strong quality principle
5) Good command of English, both in verbal and writing
6) Team spirit, problem-salving skills
