Responsibility:
1. As important connection between Product R&D and series production and also the part of technical information managers and change implementation organizers in logistics who transfer early Product R&D to series production.
2. This position should transfer part technical information, manufacturing process information INTERNAL and data source information to timely and accurate production list to ensure the effective operation of supply chain data flow.
3. Organize the Taufung regular meeting in the Pre-series production phase, cooperate with other departments to complete the definition of part assembly level and workshop location, maintenance of the system, and solve the problems encountered in the whole process.
4. Be able to complete the daily worklist ,maintain and manage parts system according to the project schedule, and ensure the effective transmission of the parts information in the production system to the downstream system.
5. Identify the problem in the data transmission process, and quickly analyze the causes and give corresponding solutions.
6. Preparation and release of relevant standard documents, work processes and quality system documents.
7. Confirm the business blueprint and business process of the localization system with the IT department, and assist in the data preparation and migration after the system goes live.
Qualification and skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Overseas students with bachelor's degree or above, who have obtained the "Certificate of Academic Degree" certified by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
3. Familiar with automobile structure and manufacturing process. Be familiar with or have a general understanding of the parts list system of Volkswagen Group.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, work efficiently under high pressure. Be sensitive to figure, good at data analysis, and be able to use data analysis software such as power BI or Python are preferred.
5. CET 6 or above, Good English or German listening, speaking and writing skills. German proficiency is preferred.
