- Customer demand forecast and firm order maintenance and follow.
- Responsible for FG distribution to China Domestic and oversea Customers.
- Schedule the delivery frequency and quantity and ensure delivery performance accordingly.
- Conduct entire process from FG pick up to the invoice received from customer.
- Keep good and smooth communication with customers.
- Analyze customer forecast and predict customer demand.
- Delivery process optimization.
- Continually reduce transportation cost.
- Quickly action for customer demand fluctuation.
- Feedback from customer on delivery and continually improvement.
- Cooperate with Master Planer and Material Planer for the FG planning.
- Communicate with LSP for FG delivery favorably.
- Follow up and control the FG stock.
- Continuous improvement.
- To be good back up for another Customer window coordinator.
