1.全面负责招聘工作,包括搜索候选人,筛选和录用。 Fully in charge of recruitment, including people searching, selection and hiring.
2. 控制部门人员数量,并提交人员编制报告。 Control department headcount and deliver headcount report out.
3. 管理劳务代理机构,确保劳务代理机构能够更好的管理劳务工。 Manager labor anent, ensure the well management of contract people in labor agent.
4. 管理员工状态的变更,确保公司员工的合理流动。 Manager employee status change process, and ensure company's headcount proper movement.
5.确保合法聘用人员,防止劳动争议 Ensure the legal people hiring and prevent any labor disputes.
6. 领导招聘团队的工作,包括对所有团队成员进行绩效评估。 Lead recruitment function's work including conducting performance appraisal for all team members.
7. 负责更新及管理组织架构。 Handle the management of organization structure.
8. 遵守EHS相关的政策规定。 Abide by the regulations about EHS policy.
候选人要求 Candidate's Qualifications: 1. 学士学位或以上学历。 Bachelor Degree or above.
2. 良好的沟通能力,为人正直,开放性思维,具有团队精神,熟练使用办公软件,保持良好的人际关系技巧及表达技巧。 Good communication skill, integrity, open-minded and team player; Excel in Microsoft office, sound interpersonal skill, good presentation skill.
3. 有在跨国制造公司招聘工作的经验,有劳动合同管理经验,有劳动争议处理经验者优先。 Bound of experienced in working in multinational manufacturing company with recruiting salaried & hourly staffs; experience in managing labor contract. Experience in labor dispute is preferred.
4. 熟悉江门市及广东省劳动法律条款。 Familiar with Jiangmen & Guangdong province labor law.
